To complete the online registration at SHCS you will need to do the following:

1. Print and fill out the Release of Liability found under the Forms tab of
the SHCS home page and sign before a notary public. (We have notary’s on
staff at no charge.)

2. Login to Renweb and fill out / re-enroll your student and update your family information for the 2010-2011 school year.

3. Come in to the office with the student’s Release of Liability and registration fees.

4. Complete the Clinic Card form provided at the front offices of SHCS.

Please be aware that all of these instructions must be completed in order for your student
to be enrolled at SHCS.
